Thermoform Mouth Trays for whitening with gel bleaches or to help prevent teeth grinding.

• Each pack has full instructions for shaping the trays to your teeth.
• Mold the trays to your teeth by holding them by the tab in hot water for aprox 3 - 5 seconds to soften.
• Essential for applying whitening gel or to help prevent grinding of the teeth.

INSTRUCTONS

1. Boil some water and pour into a clean dish and allow to cool for 30 seconds.
2. Hold the tray by the tab and submerge in hot water for 3 - 5 seconds to soften.
3. Place the softened tray into your mouth and bite down whilst at the same time pressing it against the front of your mouth with your fingers.
4. Remove and repeat the process for the other tray.
5. Remove the tab and trim the trays where necessary.

Please note : The trays will be hot when placing in the mouth -  exercise with care.
